Affinity Media is fully certified by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), and insured for commercial drone operation throughout the UK.
Aerial Video
Our state of the art drones can capture up to 4K Ultra High Definition fully stabilised video, reaching heights of up to 400ft and tracking a subject moving at speeds of up to 45mph. From the initial shoot planning, right through to the final edited video; we can provide you with a finished product that will meet your vision.
Aerial Photography
Our drones offer High Resolution still images for many different applications, whether it's an aerial image of your home, landscapes, photos for websites or social media; you can be assured that we can get the right shot for you. Aerial Photography enables you to capture the perfect image without compromising on quality.
Surveying & Inspections
Our drones are able to survey and inspect areas that are difficult to reach in a safe and controlled manner, we can supply High Definition video and High Resolution still images in real time enabling you to review specific areas, providing a cost effective digital imaging solution that can also be reviewed by multiple identities at multiple locations.
FAQs
HOW HIGH CAN YOU FLY?
We are legally obliged to fly below 400ft, however, with special permissions this may be incresed should you feel it necessary. We feel 99% of the time this is plenty high enough.
HOW LONG CAN YOU FLY FOR?
We can fly our UAV’s for around 20 minutes before the batteries need to be changed. We do however carry lots batteries and charging systems so we can achieve continuous flight
CAN YOU FLY INSIDE?
Yes. We would need to discuss the brief to ensure the space is big enough for the UAV to operate safely.
HOW FAR CAN YOU FLY?
We are governed by CAA Regulation which states that we are unable to fly more than 500 metres away from the operator – this gives us a 1km flying zone. To give greater flexibility, we are able to fly from the back of a moving vehicle.
